Broccoli in Egg Sauce

2 10-oz(300g)packets frozen broccoli
chopped,thawed and well drained
1 10 3/4-oz(330g)can condensed cream of
mushroom soup
4 hard-boiled eggs,chopped
2 oz(60 ml)cream
1 tablespoon(1x15 ml spoon)sherry(optional)
big pinch ground nutmeg
big pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon(1/4x55ml spoon)salt
1/4teaspoon(1/4x5ml spoon)white pepper
4 oz(100g)shredded Swiss cheese
2 oz(50 g)fine dry breadcrumbs
1 oz(25 g)butter cut into 1/4-inch(0.6 cm)pieces

1.Co mine broccoli and soup in glass casserole.
Gently stir in eggs,cream,sherry and seasonings,Cover.
Microwave at time Cook (power level 10)for 10 to 12
minutes or until hot, string twice.
2.Top casserole with Swiss cheese,crumbs,pieces of butter.
Microwave uncovered at Time Cook(power level 8)for minutes.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

Serves 6

Mustard Cauliflower

1 medium head cauliflower
1/6pint(80 ml)water

4oz(120 ml)mayonnaise
1 tablespoon (1x15 ml spoon)finely
chopped onion

2teaspoon(2x5 ml spoon)mustard
1/4teaspoon(1/4x5 ml spoon)salt
6oz(175g)grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/4 teaspoon (1/4x5ml spoon)paprika(optional)

1.Place cauliflower in deep casserole
and add water.Cover.Microwave at  time
Cook (power level 10)for 10 to 15 minutes
or until cauliflower is tender Drain.
2.Combine all remaining ingredients,
except cheese and paprika. Spoon mixture
over cauliflower then sprinkle with cheese and
paprika.Microwave uncovered at Time Cook(power level 8)
for 1 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Creamed Spinach

2-10-oz(300g)packets frozen chopped spinach thawed
and well drained
1 oz(25g)butter
2 tablespoons(2x15ml spoon)finely chopped onion
1oz(25g)plain flower
8 oz(240 ml)cream
1/2teaspoon(1/2x5ml spoon)ground nutmeg

1/2teaspoon(1/2x5ml spoon)ground salt
1/4 teaspoon(1/4x5ml spoon)pepper

1.Combine spinach,butter and onion in a glass
casserole.Cover and microwave at Time Cook(power level 8)
for 5 minutes or until spinach is very hot, stirring twice.
2.Stir flower into spinach,blending until smooth
Stair in remaining ingredients.Microwave uncovered at Time Cook(power level 10)
for 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens,stirring twice.
Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.

2 oz(50 g)butter or margarine
1 small head cabbage,cored and cut into 6 wedges
2 oz(60 ml)chilli sauce
2 tablespoon (2x15ml spoon)water
1/2 teaspoon(1/2x15ml spoon)caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon(1/2x5ml spoon)ground cloves or allspice
1/2 teaspoon(1/2x5ml spoon)salt
1/4 teaspoon(1/4x5ml spoon)pepper

1.Place butter in a round baking dish.
Microwave uncovered at time Cook(power level 10)
for 1 to 2 minutes or until melted.Roll
cabbage wedges in melted butter Arrange cabbage
in dish so that wider portions face outside of dish.

2.Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Spoon evenly over cabbage wedges.Cover.
Microwave at Time Cook(power level 10) for 9 to 11
minutes or until cabbage is nearly tender.Let stand covered
5 minutes before serving to complete cooking.

Courgette Casserole

Courgette Casserole Vegetables is great elements of our health.

6 slices bacon
4 oz(100 g)chopped onion
4 medium courgettes cut into 1/2-inch(1.2cm)slice
8 oz(225 g)tomato puree
1clove of garlic crushed or finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon(1/2x5ml spoon)oregano
1/2 teaspoon(1/2x5ml spoon)salt
1/4 teaspoon(1/4x5ml spoon)pepper
8 oz(225 g)shredded Mozzarella cheese


1.Arrange bacon in a single layer in a round
baking dish.microwave uncovered at Time Cook
(power level 10)for 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp.
Remove bacon and crumble.Add onion to bacon fat.
Microwave uncovered at Time Cook(power level 10)
for 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp.Remove bacon and crumble.
Add onion to bacon fat.Microwave uncovered at Time Cook
(power level 10)for 4 minutes or until nearly tender,stirring twice.
Stir in crumbled bacon.
 2.Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and stir to blend.
Cover.
Microwave at Time Cook(power level 10)for 6 to 10 minutes or until courgette is tender,stirring twice.

3.Sprinkle casserole with Mozzarella cheese.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Delicious soup hawaiian chicken,mashroom,onion,thick corn.








                                               SOUP

        HAWAIIAN CHICKEN SOUP of asain cook and recipes                                                
2cans condensed chicken noodle soup                                      
1package frozen Hawaiian style vegetables*
2 cups water
1 cups sweetened pineapple juice
1tsp soy sauce
1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Cook uncovered for 5 minutes until
soup boils,stirring occasionally.
*thaw according to instruction on package

 1 can corn paste,2eggs 
4slices ham
Seasoning 
(A)1/2 cup hot water,1 tsp salt
(B)3tbs cornflower,1/4 cup water
(C)Dash of green onion and sesame oil

1.MIX corn past and seasoning(A)in a pot.Cover and cook on high heat for 7 minutes.
2.Take out and put in mixed seasoning
(B)beaten egg and diced ham.
Cover and cook on high heat for2 minutes.
3.Take out. Add in seasoning(C).

1 16 gr butter melted
3cups beef broth
1,5 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1.Mix onions and butter in a casserole.
cover and cook for 10 minutes or until onions transparent.
2.Add beef broth,cover and cook microwave power (10)until boiling.
Reduce microwave power to (5)and simmer 30 minutes.

3.Ladle soup into 4 individual bowls.Sprinkle with two cheeses
Cook uncover for 8 minutes or until cheeses melts and bubbles

1 egg white
150 gr crab meat
1tsp chopped ham
1 can canned corn paste
Seasoning

3tbsp starch water
Dasi of salt and white pepper
1,Put superior stock with salt and corn passe together into a deep container.
Add starch water to make sauce.
Add crab meet and stir Cook on low heat.
3.Put stock into bowl,sprinkle with pepper and chopped ham.

261 gr asparagus fresh or canned
4 cups chicken stock
1/4 minced green onion and tops
2 tbsp sherry wine
1 tsp salt

1.Fresh asparagus. Remove skin from
lower peat of washed asparagus.Cut
into1/2 in lengths or smaller.place
into a bowl with 1/4 cup water,salt,
cover and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.
2.Add chicken stock,onion,wine.
Cook uncovered to boiling.

1/3 oz ham, chopped
6 cups chicken stock,1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup vegetable oil8

*Before adding to soup, mix together and cook for 3 minutes.
1.In a casserole,Place muchrooms in
2.cups boiling water, Cook for 3 minutes.Set a side.
2.Add chicken stock and milk then stir in salt and pepper.Cook for 5minitues.
Remove from microwave stir in vegetable oil and flour.Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in ham before serving.

1 can cream style corn,1 egg beaten
116 gr chopped chicken

3 cups chicken stock
1/4 cups butter, melted
1/4 cup flour


1.In a casserole mix chicken an corn,
then pour in chicken stock,stir.
Cook for 8 minutes.Remove and set aside.

2.Mix butter and flour.
Cover and cook for 1 minute add point 1.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and add egg slowly,
stirring constantly.

305gr onions medium chopped
2 cups chicken or beef stock
4 tsp corn starch
102gr ground meat(pork,beef,chicken)
2.tbsp water
2 eggs beaten
2,5 cups water 29gr butter soft


1.stir onion and butter together.
Please in casserole.Add 2 tbsp water.
And cook for 5 minutes or until onion is transparent.
2.Add meat in water,cover,simmer for 25 minutes.
3.Add cornstarch,cover,cook for 2 minutes.
4.Slowly add eggs while stirring constantly in circular motion.
